Hello
I recently got back into HAM radio after an extended break, but the problem is I cannot get a good signal at all. I am on HS4 using IDC Vertical (10-160m) antenna and occationally i'll find a good station with a somewhat decent signal but most of the time it's just a lot of crackling and faint talking As for the small buttons, The one underneath the scanning dial is set to L, the one on the antenna selector is set to F, Just thought i'd mention that in case it makes a difference. I'm not sure if it's something i'm doing wrong or if it's just the area that i'm in that's the problem, but if anyone has any ideas then please do let me know. Thanks James |
