HamSphere 4.0 moves to 5.0

Attention all operators

HamSphere 4.0 has been serving the community for almost 9 years. Now it is time to move on to the new platform HamSphere 5.0. The new platform is an amalgamation of both HS3 and 4 with a little bit of both. HamSphere 3.0 users will feel at home on its 6m, 2m and 70cm band. And the hard core shortwave DXers have 160-10m bands with full ionospheric simulation.

On 1 March 2023 at 00:00 the last 4.0 server is redirected to the new HamSphere 5.0 network. Operators who have built their own transceivers and created QSL card templates will find those untouched on HamSphere 5.0. The only thing that is different is that all operatiors start with a clean slate. New logbook, new contests, new awards etc.

On the HamSphere 5.0 website: https://hs50.hamsphere.com you will find all legacy data from HamSphere 3.0 and 4.0 as a lookup-database. Nothing is lost so you do not need to copy all your QSL cards or awards on those platforms.
