How do I setup my Audio Device?

Hello
I seem to have a problem Hamsphere.
When I try to log into it, I enter my callsign and my pin and click the login lit locks up. Cannot shut it down or do anything with it.
In order to get rid of the locked program . I have to task manager and get rid of the java app running and it goes away

Here what it says on the chat windows says

Hi,

Re-installed OS on my laptop with Windows 7 professional, now after downloading the Hamsphere, it stops working with the following error:

I have problem that is I can hear but can not speak.
I jumped to 50.123.45 and checked my voice but never
reply, sound is only noise and S-meter does not move
when I speak.

I do not know the reason why.
I checked Java and Port that are no problem.
So I do like to QSO but I can't.
Please help me urgently.
I am looking forward to hear good news very soon.

FIRST. VERY IMPORTANT. YOU MUST HAVE A MICROPHONE CONNECTED TO YOU COMPUTER'S MIC INPUT! OR YOU CAN USE A USB HEADSET.

Start the HamSphere program, but please do not login.
Issue the command /devices in the chat

/devices

You will get a list something like this:

Available playback devices:
0 : Primary sound device
1 : C-Media USB Headphone Set
2 : C-Media PCI Audio
3 : Java Sound Audio Engine

Available recording devices:
0 : Primary capture device
1 : C-Media USB Headphone Set
2 : C-Media PCI Audio

Current playback device: 0
Current recording device: 0

Now type in chat:

/play 1
/record 1

Then login and start the radio.

In this case above you have selected the USB device for HamSphere for speaker and
microphone.

These settings will be remembered intil next time you start the progr
