Bug in memory setting

hi, I have been trying to set a memory channel to 28.402.00, but when I set it, it changes to 28.420.00.
This behavior happens on all bands. thanks much, Randy, KF4O |

The hamsphere Band pan for 10 meters does not go to the freq you are trying to set...
