Not Connecting To HS 4

Hi guys hope we can get some help here - started HS4 and was working fine - turned it off went out and came back then I get this message to open TCP port 5000 never had this so thought maybe its:
* Virus protection blocking it - so I turned it off (No change) - checked internet (All Good) Checked Mic and other connections I saw this in an ole post (All Good) - ** In uninstalled and re installed the program (No change) I created TCP port 5000 and 5001 (No change) I did however opened the panel again and retyped in UN and PW and twice got a Server Is Busy message and then back to the old message about TCP port 5000...... Not sure what to do any suggestions I am running Win 11 & updated Java My computer is only 9 months old and lots of RAM so this one has me baffled - its almost like my IP address is being blocked by your system....
