my hamsphere windows interface not Rx'ing nor Tx'ing

hello,
i am a paid member to Hamsphere and today I downloaded the Desktop (Windows) and Android interface. i could establish communication over Android but the Desktop version of Hamshpere is not letting me recv. or transmit, rather it shows no activity at all... when i click the PTT button the top right corner RED light glows. i see no activity on the frequency i select from the logbook. help needed!!! -Sid 57HS357 |

Hello Sid,
without any further information about settings (e.g. ports), your (exact) windows version, error messages and so on any help is not possible. For example: is there any noise or can you hear repeater on 70cm / 2m? And what kind of radio, HS 3 or HS 4? Which antenna? And so on... 73 and good DX from Jörg :-) JO31ok Bochum / Germany |
