Virus alert when downloading free trial

| I got an email with a link for a free trial of Hamsphere 4.0, and when I go to download it, my Avast anti-virus software says the file is infected with "Win32:Evo-gen [Susp]". Has anyone else experienced this while downloading the sofware, and/or is it known to be a false positive? | |
