no sound and TX Audio Driver (No Codec)
2013-07-14 17:43
hello has all,
since yesterday I do not have any more possibility of using HamSphere it does not give this message after I validated my qrz and my of master key.
Error message 3101
Meaning / Possible solutions
Module: TX Audio Driver (No Codec) Fault: Cannot initiate a sound mixer.
The selected recording device does not support sound mixer mode. We suggest that you use the /devices command and check whether your computer has a different capture device. Select a new device with the command /record x where x is the device number. If you cannot get any of the devices to work, please consider a USD headset which is a non expensive and reliable solution.

I looked in my configuration windowx XP I found anything
is what somebody met this problem already?
could you help???

I am having the same message error on my install. Tried to remove Hamsphere and reload it. I accidentally hit the CODEC button but now nothing! Someone needs to give us a solution for this. There is an error message generated but there is no solution available that I have found.

Thanks all for any help possible, im dead in the water and I am paying for this program. SO !!!!

Hi all.

I had the same problem and by first deleting the application then going into:

command prompt ie black screen with cursor and type in regedit

goto HKEY_CURRENT_USER

under Edit go to find and type HAMSPHERE

what should come up is H/A/M/S/P/H/E/R/E with a alphanumeric number next to it.

Delete it.

exit out of regedit.

Re install the application.

If all has gone well, then 73!!!

I'm having the same problem. Everything was working just fine, then all of a sudden I had no modulation but did have a "carrier"
on transmit. Very frustrating trying to debug the problem.
