everything seems to work fine eccept for the sound. it recognizes my sound card, but still no sound.i will subscribe to hamsphere if i could try it out first.....can someone help me? | |

Hello Glen.
Thank you for trying HamSphere. When you say "It recognizes my sound card" how do you know this? The command /devices in the chat will list all available output and input devices. You can toggle between the output devices by issueing the command /play x where x is the device number such as 0, 1, 2 etc. You may toggle between the devices even though you are logged in to the HamSphere server. 73 Kelly 5B4AIT |

yes kelly....i can toggle between devices,and it shows me my sound card and the scope shows a signal but i hear nothing.i've tried streaming other audio from the internet and they work well. thankyou for your reply.... | |
s meter pins to the left on transmit

This problem just started today around noon, when I transmit the needle in the s meter will pin all the way to the left,any suggestions on how to fix this,by the way your program is really great,glad I subscribed to it. 73 2hs5078 |

Hello 2HS5078. If the needle pins all the way to the left it means that you are not modulating the transmitter at all.
1. Make sure you have the MIC level setting above 0 2. Check your cables 3. Check your Windows mixer recording settings 4. Issue the command /devices and make sure you have set the correct recording device There is more info about this on the Support page |
