connecting to server

Hi can anyone help just joined HS a couple of days ago and all was well however switched off Sun evening but this morning it was not possible to connect to any server. I also noticed above my call sign there are NO SERVERS showing. All it is saying is
(Connecting to the server Please wait. Logging in g0lre) I thought after 30 minutes i would be able to connect ANY HELP GRATEFULLY APPRECIATED. Cheers Larry G0LRE |

Dear Larry.
It sounds like a temporary Internet connection problem with our main server in Stockholm because you say thate there were no servers showing. As far as we know there has not been any outage this morning. Are you able to load the following URL: http://server6.hamsphere.com ? 73 Kelly 5B4AIT |

Hi Larry
Did you check your Internet connection ? Do you use a firewall or virusscanner that block IP adresses. I don't have a ipaddress list of the hamsphere server but you can try to ping them. I hope this will help to solve the problem. 73! Gerard 19HS234 |
