Which microphone?

Hi from Wolverhampton, England, can anyone recommend microphone for use with laptop, 3.5mm or USB connection? does it need PTT? or just use F1/PTT on console?

Do you guys have Radio Shack over that side of the pond? I picked up a Dynex and its a great plug-n-play USB microphone. I think you'll find any 15 or 20 dollar mic will work fine. I can't think of any particular one that folks favor..... I wouldn't spend a fortune because even the 10 dollar mics work well. Good luck with that 73 Jerry - N1TKO PS... on second thought, I have heard very good reports from guys using the Plantronics mic's. (expensive!) Logitech is good also |
