Still unable to download to second computer

| When I try to download hamsphere to my other computer it says Access Violation at Address00409a0e.Write of address 00400000. What do I need to do to resolve this? Thanks Steve (KC0JUX) This is my second reply.. | |

Dear Steve.
Sorry for the delay in my response. In order to help you out I need to understand: 1. You say "When I download I get Access violation". Does this happen when you try to save the file onto the harddisk or when you start the installer? 2. What operating system do you use on tha 2nd computer? 3. What Java version is installed? | When I log on to Hamsphere on the other computer it recocognizes my name and call sign and says I am logged on. I click on download Hamsphere, it downloads, than I get the error message, I downloaded the latest java application, so I am up to date with Java. The computer is running windows XP...Thanks Steve KC0JUX | |

Sorry Steve. I am still a bit confused. You say "It downloads then I get the error message"
Is the error message coming up during the download? Or does it come up after the download and when you run the installer? Kelly |
