Hello Henri
That's the first time I've heard that! I have downloaded every version and never a peep from my McAfee or Clamwin anti-virus..... Jerry - N1TKO |

| I've never heard of that either. I do know that some of the smaller free anti virus programs get twitchy from time to time. Personally I would let my anti virus just ignore the program entirely. By the way which AV software are you running? | |

I've tried VirusTotal, a service that analyzes suspicious files under many differents AntiVirus.
Those are the results for the Setup File and for the executable file: 41 different antivirus do not detect any virus (tu). My antivirus is Avira Premium Security Suite; Avira is know to be one of the most paranoid antivirus ::o and I am also so paranoid to run it at maximum security level; Avira do not detect any virus (tu). In Avira, users can send suspicios false alarms to be checked, maybe you could do the same... 73 + 51 -- 1HS104 Stefano - IZ3XNJ HamSphere Admin HamSphere Italia Frequenza Monitor 21.380 |

Hello!
At installation and at the first startup Kaspersky says: "potentially dangerous program. There is no valid digital signature. Do you trust the program?" Then I said yes... "placed as low limitation" Brgds, Károly HA7PC |

I have HS installed on several machines running several different AV applications, some with more than one, and hardware firewall/AV on the network. This include ClamAV, Norton, AVG, Comodo, and others.
Nothing has detected any virus or virus like activity. Andy KF6PVT/MM0BQV/Broadcaster Hamsphere Forum Moderator |

| There are no virus's in HS. You're just getting a false positive. Nothing to worry about. | |
