The following url will provide a listing of these important prefixes: http://www.hamsphere.com/5_11_read.html Geo IP checking --------------- The new Geo IP verification system ensures that the station you are talking to really transmits from the country displayed. It also means that operators are required to use the transceiver from the country they signed up from. Otherwise they are blocked. If you used a web proxy when signing up to HamSphere you might have to wrong country assigned in your profile. Please contact accounts@hamsphere.com if you want to change the country in your profile. Subscribers on the other hand can use their accounts from any country.
