Paid subscription info, but the system don't recognice the payment

I've paid by Pal Pal an annual subscription fee. When I paid the bill, inmediately I could explore all the bands on the virtual transreceiver, but since the next day I tried to access to Hamsphere with my login and callsign, I couldn't explore totally Hamsphere, only the 7000 band.
Also in Subscription info appears "Buy Now" again, but I paid my subscription last day! What happen about this, Kelly? Something wrong has happened with this. 6radio6 Juan Pablo oak666oak666@gmail.com |

Dear Juan Pablo.
Unfortunately I had a bug in the system that made your subscription run from 2008-2009. This was very bad and I have now fixed it. I have also given you 2 extra weeks due to my error. Your account has now subscription status. Enjoy! Regards Kelly 5B4AIT |

| i need help something is still worng hamsphere still not working says its severs are down all the time and when i do get in it says im done my trail but i payed and i just got it on 17/02/2011 2:53pm my time canada can you get it working for me so i can use it i like your soft ware when i had it in trail it worde great now i cant even long in . | |

| dont wont the money back i just wont to be able to use hamsphere like i use to on my trail worked good then have 2.0 hamsphere but now its not working so hope it well fix its self soon os i can long on and use it . | |

Yes the records show you are a PAID UP SUBSCRIBER... account good until 2012 03 04 all looks good here in the database............ It also shows you last accessed HamSphere FEB 26 2011, so we know you logged in !!!!! What are you looking for ??? ----- --- During the trial period you saw what HMSPHERE had to offer and with the PAID Subscription you do have the same features plus some added capabilites.....
