CANT LOG ON

HI THERE,EVERY TIME I TRY TO LOG ON I KEEPS SAYING, SERVER IS TEMPORARILY OFFLINE PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER, I HAVE TRIED REDOWN LOADING THE SOFTWARE AND STILL THE SAME.
AS YET I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TRY IT OUT,CHEERS JOHN. |

Hi, I was on receiving yesterday (1-8-2010) and now I can't log on again today. I am on a trial period after
taking the survey. Using same callsign and PIN. I thought it said that I had a 21 day free trial period for just taking the survey, and that you could receive nevertheless. I guess I am logged on, I just can't get the radio to work. It worked fine yesterday. Frank KD8LJH |

Hi,
I'm just already download the software.but when i try to log in with my callsign and pin at the chat shoutbox mention about 'Demo has expired'.How come it can be expired?for sure i'm just downloading the software... 73 |

Hi Jerry, I think I need a new Pin Number I am able to login to forums ok,
2.018 Loads but refuses to login with pre-saved Pin, I tried to Pay for Subscription but I refuse to use PayPal as I cant loggin to PayPal either using all my regular passwords and emails now PayPal want Photo ID? and forms filling out I say to Paypal "you must be joking", not like Verified Visa where reseting password is very easy. Sorry but i've had it with paypal. |

I know what you mean Brother. PayPal had me jumping through hoops before I could finally get it squared away and able to pay. I would really hate to see you abandon Hamsphere because of the knuckle-heads at PayPal..... There is always the Bank Transfer or the Western Union route.... I really hope you can work something out. | I have tried to log on . This program keeps saying my computer wont record audio and doesnt give me any way to change setting,s so far i think your program stinks , I can run Q100 with no problem. I dont like to be told I have less then 2 days of free time when i just down loaded soft ware. got 90 days free with Q100. | |

First off the program has a 7 day trial period. We are not CQ100, which is a terrific program.... I use it too. The program is looking for your sound card and the right settings. If you want to tell me what OS you are using I'd be glad to help you out. You must have a mic plugged in before it will work and also the latest version of Java. Please tell us a little bit more than "Can't log on"! By attaching the info specified below you will help the support to pinpoint your problem and come up with an appropriate remedy. 1. Does the radio skin appear? 2. After you filled in Callsign and PIN and clicked login. What does the cluster tell you? 3. What Operating system do you use? 4. What Java version do you currently run? Well, Michael (2HS567) I don't want to agree to "Many HamSphere users havings problems logging in".
And furthermore you have not emailed me about any login problems. You have emailed me about subscription questions. I have exactly 5 emails from your email adress ending *cbb.net and all of them is regarding the subscription. And I have replied to two of them. Most problems are of the kind: 1. Forgotten PIN numbers 2. Wrongly typed callsigns 3. Temporary Internet connection problems. 4. Expired trials Last time I check the cluster on 6 meters I got this list with your callsign in it. == VISIBLE USERS ON BAND == N0OER 50191000 VE3JAR 50190000 K6QZF/7 50190000 2HS567 50190000 M0JDD 50190000 113HS107 50190000 13HS176 50190000 14HS331 50190000 So clearly you can login.
