Cannot send QSL Card on Mac HS 4.0 Freq Error

Hi,
When I try and send a QSL card to a contact I get an error "make sure you enter in the correct frequency" The frequency is correct and i have even deleted and re-typed it many times. I have reset and restarted application many times. Am I doing something wrong? M0RTK (moderator) and i tried numerous times but it keeps failing. I did receive his QSL though. I am using the latest Macintosh version of HS4 downloaded less than a week ago. Any help or Suggestion is appreciated. Regards, Everett-WB9FUW |

Hi Everett,
sometimes that happens. Try to set your radio to the SAME frequency again, before you create a logbook entry later on. The other station will not stay on the same freq. if you try it later - and that point can create a mistake in the system. So it is very important to use the SAME time (of QSO), that the other operator wrote on his card. Maybe +/- a couple of minutes. Than type a value for every orther field: name, callsign (of course) and RST. Save the entry (maybe twice, if an error-message appears).
