PINs / Passwords
Some requests that come to HamSphere Support are "I have lost my Password".
You as a user can at any time get NEW password from the HamSphere system by pointing your browser to http://www.hamsphere.com/password and enter your email address.
Database Email Address Maintenance
Please notify firstname.lastname@example.org if you have made changes to your current email address or you are NOT receiving newsletters/passwords etc that you expect to get, this may be due to an expired or invalid email address information in the database.

Intermittant Internet Troubles
Over the last few weeks the Internet Network has had troubles. Many HamSphere Users have experienced disconnects, sometimes very often. Yes this is frustrating, but this is not a problem with the HamSphere server. The new upcoming 3.0 version will have multiple server support so these problems will be reduced in the future.
Extended Trial Periods
If you have an expired account with HamSphere, you will notice next time
you log in that your account has been extended. In the
case you have misplaced your PIN code, you may issue a new one here
