| Due to a computer crash, I've lost the Hamsphere program. I can't transmit or receive anymore.How can I reload this program? | |

Firstly, completely uninstall/remove your existing copy of HamSphere.
Download and install the latest version of Java for your operating system - HERE - Go to the HamSphere download page - HERE - and get the appropriate version for your operating system. Once you have this install as appropriate to your system. You can then start HamSphere, logging in with your callsign and password/pin (as long as your trial period or account are still valid). Following these steps should remove any corrupted files and ensure that you are using the latest versions of both HamSphere and Java, allowing you to once again transmit and receive.
