Discussion for tonight’s net: M6INJ – Pete: In Amateur Radio we have heard often about Propagation, and it is defined as radio signals transmitted from one point to another inside the earth’s atmosphere or free space. Propagation takes several forms, so the discussion this evening is: 1. Can you name different forms of propagation, and 2. In HamSphere 4 what available tools do you use to determine if you have propagation to a particular place on the globe, or do you turn on the spot and just holler. This session the Random Draw for 1 hour of Rental Remote was held and the winner is M7SBC Andrew, Date, Time and QTH TBD. A North American Rag Chew Net Forum is updated on the HamSphere Web Pages for all to read. The next session of this net will be on Friday 02 December at 01:00 UTC on 70CM at 434.500 for the Round Table and/or Discussion. Net Control will be NET/NARC assisted by the Net Logger, do join them. For comments or questions please email: narcatnet@gmail.com de VE3OHS Net Manager Go Forth and Work Split. |
