Greetings everyone, I think it's a very good idea to have a new hamsphere 5 software, but there are things that I don't like, like starting a wolf on duty again, there is a lot of time and dedication to obtain countries and I don't see fair that we start from scratch in a new log book in hamsphere 5, imagine if suddenly the arrl says that you have to start over all the countries obtained, I think this is not serious, for my part I made many countries in hamsphere 4, and the system is I behave very well, but I think I'm not going to renew my subscription to hamsphere 5, solely for the reason of the log, if they respect the contacts I made in hamsphere 4, then I would be back on that platform, even if I use hamsphere 3 very little, no I did many countries, but I think there are many colleagues who sacrificed their time to achieve many, for now having to throw away everything that has been achieved, I wish you good luck Mr. Kelly but I think that with this rule of starting from scratch you will lose many of those who do not want We start from scratch.

I have to actually agree mate. For me I use 3.0 more because simply put I don't have that kind of money to invest in 4.0. A lot of people traded QSL cards on 3.0 to not have to pay a sub anymore either also if I recall right. So have all that progress wiped. Ya I don't see that going over well. lol I could see either adding an additional 5.0 or upgrading 4.0 to 5.0 with out wiping anything, but 3.0 is on it's own level. I'd probably normally be mad about this change, but my subscription is almost up. So I'm good. lol I got my money's worth. lol It's been a fun ride.
