QSL from a stranger

| I fired up HS for the first time on April 20 and dialed around, just listening. Never said a word. The next thing I know, I receive a QSL card from Italy with full contact information, like we had QSO’d. Does this happen very often? I don’t mind getting cards from around the world, but I would rather it be for a legitimate QSO. | |
