| just wanted to thank all the stations that participated in the launch of the ole cod-gers net monday the 4th. we had over 40 contacts and we were on air for 2 hours. I would like to thank kelly 5b4ait for his support, along with the admin that were there to help control. I want to give a special thanks to steve n0kuo for filling in for brian on such short notice, steve did a stellar job as moderator and net control! i will post again june 29th with any updates for our next meeting july 2nd. again, thanks to all the participants and we look forward to the next meeting. 73's and god bless to all. | |

| My hats off to Hamsphere - greatest thing on the internet. Love every second I am on. Have created my own log from your system so that I can print a formal log sheet with numerous entries. I print these out an place in a notebook. A bit of work, but love doing it. Have organized my QSL cards in separate alphanumeric files for US and DX. I live in an adult community that completely restricts outdoor antennas of any sort except satellite dishes for TV - thus Hamsphere is the greatest thing going. What a well run system and concept! The network seems to growing in popularity, the recent meeting illustrated that we were capturing the interests of operators from other continents. Our aim is to try to create a friendship and a fraternal spirit universally, to create a family spirit and offer moral support to our colleagues who may be less fortunate than ourselves.

thanks for the reply, it would be impossible to send current udates for the net, however if you keep an eye on the forrum under new nets you will see any updates and schedules there, again,thanks for the comment and see ya soon 73.
