Dear Users.
As HamSphere 3.0 is a brand new software frequent upgrades are required. If you'd like to run a stable version without having to follow the upgrades, please use version 2.0.19. Over the past 2 weeks most operators have managed to get the 3.0 software running which is great :-) But for some it has been a struggle. Especially when it comes to password errors. Due to bugs and unforseen events, the password handling functions has been rejecting callsigns in some cases. For this we are truly sorry and I hope that you, despite the 3.0 startup glitches, have the faith in the HamSphere 3.0 software. In the new version 3.0.2.3 we handle upgrade and password errors differently and we hope that it will make everything smooth again.
