Hello to the Hamsphere audience
My name is Juergen and my QTH is in the South -West corner of Germany, close to the French border. I was a CB radio operator back in the late 70’s and 80’s. For the year of 2010 I decided myself to become a licensed! Radio Amateur now. I did a lot of www research in the meantime and I heard more bad from “real amateurs” than good about Hamsphere. However I thought I give it a try, I’m sure it will help me to understand operating procedures and let me get some practice – also on CW - and of course the chance to make new friends all over the world. At Hamsphere there is no “I will blow you off the frequency” or “my antenna has golden connectors” or “I own equipment for a few thousand bucks”, we’re all equal and by the majority of all we all like to communicate openly. So I’m looking forward onto the QSO via Hamsphere.
My special thanks to Kelly 5B4AIT and the staff behind: Keep on this great job – thank you all

So long
