Instalion Problems...

Hello All!
I am curretly using Windows 7 and everytime I download the software I keep getting a message saying that "files are corrupted, obtain a new version of the program"..ANY HELP..PLEASE... 73s 3HS487 |

Sorry Victor 3HS487 that you are having trouble downloading and installing HamSphere.
You need to have the lastest version of JAVA installed on your computer http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp ------- check this link and make sure by downloading Java ver 6 update 25.................... Then go to HAmsphere and download software for Windows ver 2.0.19 ..........Then you can click the Run to download ................. The next box click run again to install. You should then see a BLACK Square radio ICON on your desktop screen on your computer . Click this ICON and a HAMSPHERE RADIO should show on the screen................. Now you are ready to log on to the system............ENTER your callsign & PIN# in the places below the White DX CLUSTER and hit button LOGIN................. Your speaker should have noise and now error messages in the cluster............. READY to Go ............ then All is OK !!!!~ If you still have troubles come back and let us know what is happening !!!! Hopefully the JAVA software is the only thing you are missing !!!! 73 Vic VE3JAR |
