| trying to log in and iam getting a message on the reciver saying error capture device use/devices for info! can anybody on the board help me resolve this issue???? | |

Hello Muzza Not sure exactly what you are looking at on your screen !!! I hope after you REGISTERED you Downloaded the Software HamSphere ver 2.0 [www.hamsphere.com] . Then you need to INSTALL this downloaded software..... This will place an ICON on your DESKTOP ( A black square _ radio ) Click on this ICON and a BIG radio will appear on the Computer screen................ Under the DX Cluster left side of the radio you will see a GREEN word "CALLSIGN " beside this you enter your 43HS316 in the blank white box.................beside this is a space to enter your PIN# /Passwaord you recieved in email during registration............ HIT ENTER / LOGIN button ..... You should then here some audio / noise of the radio ............ READY to GO !!!!!
