I have an HTC Android phone, I believe an android app for Hamsphere would truly be an experience in itself.
I can only imagine the dx possibilities on a portable tablet, phone or other device. Taking Hamsphere with
you would truly be a valuable app, one that I would use as much as possible. I am stillrelatively knew to hamsphere and I like the diversity and activity on the bands. I hope to be one of the first in line to use the app once it is available.
HI Kelly i am really new here (yesterday ) and i am studying for my foundation ham exam . just wondering is hamsphere now available on the iphone 4s ? just some people i have spoken to seem to use this . 73s

1. Make sure your ANdroid is set to accept external APK files.
2. Open a browser in your Android phone and go to http://www.hamsphere.com/adbeta2
3. Click on the link and it will download the APK file.
4. Go to your downloaded files and select the APK file, it will ask you to install itself.

Still think we still need to be able to send cards
From phone .. As I can't always get to my comp
And it would only need to be as a email from my
iPhone If this possible plz let me know how
... Thx in advance 26hs5464 .. Roy ..

i agree 100%! That's the main-problem with the Mobile-Apps, i think.
I often have contacts with mobile-stations on HS and they always say, that they can't send Cards from this App and will do it (maybe) later on from the PC.
But "later on" it is to be forgotten soon... or they have to create a LOG-Entry manually to send a Card and don't do it.
So there are many QSOs without confirming, because you can't receive a Card from the mobile-station.
That feature would be very important for the future - to implement it in a special menue-point to this APP.
73 and good DX from Jörg :-)
