Dear operators.

For some reason there has been an intermittent routing problem at "Bredbandsbolaget" core routers in Sweden. A few times today 21 June they have caused so called "route flaps" resulting in HamSphere outage. Also one of our ISP announced an emergency maintenance of a switch between 22.00 and 22.30 local which also led to a short outage.
