possible new award

| When I was on HF and active in a couple of nets, one of the awards that a lot of the hams got interested in was one called 5x25 award. This stands for 5 by 25 award, meaning that to acquire this award you had to work the same 25 contacts on 5 different ham bands. example of this is work KA0AK on 10, 15, 17,20, and 40 meter bands. I have talked to several different contacts that I have made and they said it sounded like it would be interesting to work. This would give the members something to do besides trying to chase dx stations or us states. this is just a suggestion and if rules are needed or any thing else, you can contact me at dickzenge@gmail.com for further information | |
