I have been using HAMSPHERE on my Android tablet for about a week now. The problem is that i cant send QSL cards to my contacts. Is there such a menu to send QSL card in the Android version or is it just available for the PC version?

I would really be glad if some can give me some help

Correct, only in the Desktop-versions. You can notice all contacts and send the cards later from your PC.
