Hello Mister Kelly, Congratulations on you new project. Today i tryed your new concept for the first time. I whas impressed with the simplicity to use Hamsphere for the first time. Also i received a CW transmission immiddiatly after logging in to Hamsphere at 7.035. When i clicked the spectometer on the higher signals i immidiatly got a Russian speaking radio station that brought my a talkshow and music. At 7.090 there whas a female robot voice warning to stay below this frequency. and at 7.005 a similar message from a male robot voice, that whas a real surprise to hear that.:) i'm looking forward to hear actual qso on this project, hopefully soon. Thank you for all your work making this possible, Best Regards, Pascal Main ONL11168 2008/2/2 Hello , Version 13 is working fantastic on my Windows XP Pro PC. Been folllowing a long long technical QSQ on 7.060 this evening. Seems to me it whas even going about the hampshere project ? ? ? Thanks for the update. Regards, Pascal; onl11168 ================================================================== Good Evening, Another email with some information that hopefully is usefull to you. This is what happened. I did a complete format on to my Windows PC today. Meaning that i needed to reinstall all software, all drivers, etc. Out of curiousity I installed another ( older ) version of Microsoft Virtual Java Machine for IE 6.0. called msjavx86.exe - Version 5.0.3805.0 Copyright (C) Microsoft Corp. 1996-2000 No need to say, the test diddent work out on to well, cause the Hamsphere wasn't working at all. I finaly updated my Java Virtual Machine back to : Sun Microsystems. Inc. Version : Java 6 Update 3. After this, one click and the Hamsphere program came back to live :) I listened to 7.055 where i heard a station from Tucson, Arizona calling. WZ9B. That station came in very weak, but with times whas understandable. This whas followed by a CQ by SM7NHC - Kelly - Sweden.in qso with station from UK - ? ? ? ? - Alan As you see nothing special perhaps, but thought you as developpers wanted to know the smallest details. Regards, Pascal Malin, ONL11168.
