HamSphere 4.0 - The Next Generation

HamSphere introduces its new flagship "HamSphere 4.0" which is a modularized Ham Radio Transceiver where operators build their own radio using plug-ins.

Amateur Radio via shortwave has been practiced since the mid 20's all over the world. The Ham Radio Operator usually needs a lot of space for its antennas to be able to communicate properly. The bigger antenna, the better. However with increased interference and antenna permission restrictions, many Ham Radio operators have lost their ability to transmit on the shortwave band. Today our Shortwave band is polluted with interference from new technology such as broadband and home electronics and in some regions such as cities etc it is almost impossible to enjoy the Amateur Radio hobby.

HamSphere 4.0 is now changing the Amateur Radio scene. We provide a fully virtual Ionosphere based on Sun Spot Numbers and Solar flux values. We also provide all kinds of antennas such as Yagi, Quad, Vertical and Wire antennas. Imagine having an 8-element Yagi beam at your fingertip and experience its performance.
