Log in problems

My 9 old son and I are using Hamsphere as a way to introduce him to ham radio. We were doing well until the second day of our trial period. Now when we try to log in via the radio interface on our computers it says the password is wrong. However, we are able to log in via the android app and to this website. So, we know the password is correct.
We tried changing the password but the results were the same. We submitted a support ticket and were issued a new password. This didn't solve the problem. Now our 7 day trial period is going to end without us having much time to really try Hamsphere. I was leaning toward subscribing for a year but I can't justify doing that if we can't log in. Problem solved:
The Name field cannot contain the Ampersands (&) character. Thanks Hamsphere Support! 73, N8RXX |

hello,
that made 2 days that I cannot use HamSphere any more when I return my qrz and password, the software says to me that there is an error in my password I tested on my Iphone it go I have to test on 2 another PC that function not I changed always similar password that function not. could you say to me what it occurs or is the problem? 73 ' S of 14HS1908 Bruno |

I have the very same problem.
I did register today to test it. One hour later it didn't let me login anymore saying callsign or password are wrong. I've tried on the Iphone and it logs nicely. But from my PC or Mac I just can't. Kind of frustrated. |

Try connecting / logging into one piece of equipment at a time.
Not sure but multi logging not available ??? Just a suggestion............ Other wise creat a SUPPORT TICKET for help ! Vic Ve3JAR |
