Please help me indentify this station

Hello,
Yesterday I've received a strange station with my 20 € SWL receiver and a 10m random wire antenna. It's really strange because I can't quite figure out what language this is. It sounds like Portoguese, Spanish and some Slavic language mixed togheter. At some point in the transmission I heard the word "Esperanto". Can this be the famous Esperanto artificial language? They kept on saying a word that sounded like "Borcasto" (maybe "Broadcast?"). Do you know what station this is?
