New HSADMIN accounts.

Dear operators.
The HamSphere administration have been assigned a few Administrational accounts named HSADMIN1-5 which might be used at any given time. They have been named HSADMIN for higher clarity and to reduce the risk of ambiguity and misunderstandings. These accounts are also used for test purposes and they are always operated by the HamSphere crew. These accounts are mainly for administrational purposes and will not transmit or QSO on the system.
